Description

The legendary Omega Speedmaster series has participated in all six lunar missions to date, becoming a symbol of Omega's space exploration and pioneering spirit.

This particular watch features a 44.25mm case and houses a blackened movement. Laser ablation technology is used to depict the lunar surface on the movement plates, paying homage to the Speedmaster's outstanding contribution to the Apollo 8 mission. Through the black anodized aluminum skeletonized dial, the near side of the moon, visible from Earth, is clearly visible, while the case back reveals the far side of the moon, seen only by astronauts.
